What's the difference between 77Ghz and 24Ghz radar?
77Ghz has higher frequency, longer range (200m+), higher resolution, suitable for FCW, 4D imaging; 24Ghz is more cost-effective, moderate range (50-80m), suitable for motorcycle BSD, passenger car lane change. Selection depends on: range needs, precision, budget, installation space.
Can radar work in mining dust?
Yes. mmWave radar has strong penetration, unaffected by dust, rain, fog, darkness, or glare — a core advantage over cameras and lidar. Our 77Ghz mining radar is proven in iron ore, coal, and tunnel projects.
Installation
Does installation require professionals?
We provide detailed manuals, video tutorials and remote technical support. General auto repair technicians can install; engineering projects can be supported remotely by our technical team. Standard install: 1-2 hours/unit.
Does the radar need calibration after installation?
Yes. Angle calibration and function testing are needed after install. We provide calibration tools and instructions. Calibration takes 15-30 minutes. Recalibrate if reinstalled.
OEM Custom
What's the MOQ for OEM customization?
MOQ is 100 units. Customization: logo, color, harness, protocol, detection parameters, packaging. Sampling: 7-15 working days. Mass production: 2-4 weeks depending on quantity.
Can you do ODM new design?
Yes. Full R&D team (RF, algorithm, hardware, software). Custom frequency, range, form factor, software. ODM project scope and timeline assessed per requirement.
Export
What certifications do export products have?
CE certified for European market. Can assist with FCC (US), RoHS per target market. Export brand zerow, partners in 10+ countries: SE Asia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines.
What are export order terms?
Lead time 3-5 weeks (incl. intl shipping). Payment: T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipping) or L/C. Incoterms: FOB/EXW/CIF. Logistics partners available.
Warranty
What's the warranty period?
Standard 12 months from shipping date. OEM warranty per contract, typically 12-24 months. Free repair or replacement for non-artificial damage during warranty.
How are out-of-warranty repairs charged?
Paid repair service: parts cost + labor. Quoted after assessment. Trade-in discount available.
