Following the K60 near/mid-range 3-side radar, zerow ZEROW officially launches the long-range forward version, K120. Also built on the proven mass-produced hardware platform (Shengde Micro Cheetah4401 2T4R + Ingenic X2100, aluminium die-cast IP67 housing), K120 covers 0.4–120m with ≤±0.4m ranging accuracy, ±60° azimuth / ±20° elevation FOV and a 100ms (10Hz) frame period, stably tracking targets up to ±50m/s—engineered for forward collision warning on highways and high-speed mine sections for trucks and mining haulers.
Heavy trucks, buses and logistics fleets have very little reaction time during high-speed following, hard braking of the lead vehicle or stationary obstacles. K120 builds 3-zone graded warning (Zone 1 near / Zone 2 mid / Zone 3 far, alarm levels 1/2/3) from its 120m long-range preview, paired with a TTC risk gate (0–30s per zone); as a target keeps approaching, it triggers the 3 high-level alarm outputs (IO1/2/3 per zone, active-high, output = VIN 9–16V) in escalating levels, driving warning lights, buzzers or horns to stop risk beyond 100m.
For road-maintenance scenarios, K120 can pair with an optional control board that receives radar data and drives cone LEDs (≥1000cd) and a high-decibel horn (≥100dB) by TTC threshold to warn approaching traffic early; in port container trucks and platooning, K120 also supports lead-following, gap-keeping and cut-in warnings. The radar offers CAN 2.0B (500K/250K) + UART/USB, radar ID 0–7 multi-device networking, IP67, −40~+85°C and 9–16V industrial-grade reliability, with both OEM and retrofit deployment.
